Parking Agent (Europcar Athens Airport) Kinsen Hellas is a strategic partner of Europcar Mobility Group, the European leader in car rental services and global provider of mobility solutions. Having taken over as a franchisee of the "Europcar" brand, it marks the new era of Europcar in the Greek market. We are currently looking for a "Parking Agent" to staff our store. Role Duties and Responsibilities: Appropriate preparation of vehicles according to safety and weather conditions Reception and service of customers during the car rental process, with the aim of optimizing the service provided Informing customers about the vehicle, its characteristics and its condition Implementing the return / delivery process of the vehicle in a prompt and efficient manner Checking the condition of the returned vehicle and completing the report form Effective customer service regarding possible concerns and concerns Ideal candidates should meet the following requirements: Customer focus Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to continuous personal development Very good computer skills Knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken Fluency in foreign languages will be considered a strong asset Driver's license I.X.
