We are currently looking for a candidate with enthusiasm and a desire to develop, who wishes to join the Rent a Car team by taking on the duties of a Parking Agent. Role Duties and Responsibilities Appropriate preparation of vehicles according to safety and weather conditions Reception and service of customers during the car rental process with the aim of optimizing the service provided Informing customers about the vehicle, its features and its condition Implementing the return / delivery process of the vehicle in a prompt and efficient manner Checking the condition of the returned vehicle and completing the report form Effective customer service regarding possible concerns and concerns Ideal candidates should meet the following requirements: Customer-centric approach Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to continuous personal development Very good computer skills Knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken Fluency in foreign languages will be considered a strong asset.
