The vacancy is in a kindergarten group.
What we can offer:                
Børnehuset Hejls is an integrated institution with space for 12 nursery school children and 60 kindergarten children spread over 3 rooms. The children's house is located in lovely surroundings with beautiful nature, close to the beach and green areas.
We are 15 minutes' drive from Haderslev and 20 minutes to Kolding, close to a motorway exit.
The institution is located in the former school in Hejls, and it therefore has a wonderful large area to romp around both outside and inside. There are plenty of opportunities to cultivate the outdoors and keep animals with, chicken coop, campfire hut, sports field, etc. In addition, there is a fantastic gym, where body and senses can be challenged.

We are a daycare that is in full swing, and well into it, a good process where we rethink and develop our educational practice.
You will have an active role in the educational development and we want an employee who finds it exciting to help shape such a process.
We are in the process of implementing GROW / play captain.
We work based on Kolding municipality's common view of children and participate in a program for learning management. We use research knowledge, data and competence packages to create a high-quality day care service for all children. We create development through the Kids tool, GROW and LSP.
In addition to meeting committed colleagues, you will also meet an active parent group and board of directors who support everyday life at Børnehuset Hejls.                                                                                             
Qualifications:

You are a trained pedagogue, preferably with experience from day care.
You are present, caring and have an interest in children's well-being and development.
You are good at creating relationships through positive, appreciative communication.
You are flexible, stable, committed, responsible employee.
You are a skilled and good colleague who contributes professionally and socially and wants to work with the children.
You have an overview of and take responsibility for the work with the children's group.
You can both work purposefully with a single child and have an eye for the children's community
You contribute professionally to the development of the learning and play environments
You would very much like to have skills in music, language and language development
You must be able to open and close the institution and attend evening meetings.

 
Salary: The salary is set according to the collective agreement in the teaching area.
