MP Supply Planner

* Analyzes production requirements and plans material requirements based on production schedules.* Identifies and analyzes supply needs to support the production process.* Updates and maintains supply plans in ERP systems.* Monitors inventory levels to prevent stockouts materials or overstocks.* Collaborates with Purchasing department to optimize material flow.* Performs periodic inventory reviews and suggests necessary adjustments.* Collaborates with suppliers to ensure on-time raw material deliveries.* Tracks and reports the following KPIs on a weekly basis: DOH, Supplier Service Rate.* Constant communication with production departments to adjust material plans based on schedule changes or production requirements.* Monitors material costs and looks for opportunities to reduce them through inventory optimization.* Ensures accurate reporting of material costs and consumption to help maintain budget* Updates and maintains materials supply documentation and reports* Creates performance reports for senior management.
