Your role:_x000D_
Shipping and delivery of goods: Delivery of goods using a mobile terminal, careful inspection during packaging and identification of any damage._x000D_
Requested complaints and returned packages: Cooperation with customer support in receiving complaints and managing returned packages._x000D_
Working with systems: Using the BalÃkobot shipping system, e-shop systems and communication with carriers._x000D_
Storage and replenishment: Organizing and maintaining order at the dispatch workplace, replenishment of goods and consumables._x000D_
Team support: Trained foreman, substitutability in customer support, possible help in completing gift packages._x000D_
Adherence to standards: Adherence to hygienic requirements for food storage in accordance with BRCGS accreditation._x000D_
We require:_x000D_
Min. SOU (study sheet)._x000D_
Manual skill, diligence and attention to detail._x000D_
Knowledge of working with a PC - MS Office_x000D_
Physical fitness - work involves handling goods._x000D_
Organizational skills, efficiency and resistance to stress._x000D_
The ability to work as a team._x000D_
Willingness to learn and follow safety rules._x000D_
Knowledge of the English language (passive) is an advantage._x000D_
We offer:_x000D_
Starting salary CZK 27,000._x000D_
After the trial period (3 months): 32,000 CZK (27,000 CZK + variable component 5,000 CZK)._x000D_
Single shift operation (Monday-Friday)._x000D_
