Intern for temporary and recruitment tasks at JKS Skanderborg

One of your tasks will be to find the best and most competent candidates on the market for our customers. Your tasks will also include handling incoming applications as well as communicating with relevant candidates about open positions that are advertised through JKS. This includes ongoing focus on new networks, portals and trends.
Tasks:

Administrative tasks
Coordination and planning of staffing solutions
Telephone contact with customers and candidates
Phone screening of candidates and conducting interviews
Participation in customer meetings
Current office work
Ad hoc tasks

About you: We imagine that you are in the process of a relevant higher education at bachelor's or master's level. Your field of study is not crucial; the most important thing is that you have the desire to become part of JKS with passion, dedication and an ambitious approach to your own and your team's tasks.

You work independently and in a structured manner
You are adaptable and thrive in a busy environment with varying work tasks
You can speak and write in Danish
You are committed and have the desire to learn
You are familiar with IT and are quick to familiarize yourself with new systems

Startup:
We expect start-up during 2025 by agreement.
We offer:
Internship course which extends over a period of 3-5 months with continuous start-up, depending on your studies and internship periods. As an intern, you will be on an equal footing with other consultants in the team. As a starting point, the internship will be a full-time position (37 hours), but of course account will be taken of any electives and exams that will take place during the period.
