Sales representative
Tasks and Responsibilities:
The task of the sales representative is the implementation of sales plans and brand strategies in the respective territory in all sales channels through their involvement in the field
Tour of existing customers and their operational monitoring in accordance with the defined route
Finding and establishing relationships with new customers, as well as realization of sales with new customers
Proposing and implementing measures to improve sales
Monitoring the realization of sales, sales goals, billing and delivery of goods
Knowledge of the entire sales range
Positioning of products in retail stores and POSM materials in accordance with standards
Taking care of the primary and secondary positions of brands at the point of sale
Knowledge of merchandising standards for the entire product portfolio
Regular reporting on implemented activities and achieved results
Cooperation with the marketing sector and active work on marketing activities on the field

Required qualifications and experience:
Minimum IV degree of vocational education
Mandatory work experience in field sales in the FMCG sector in the territory of employment
Knowledge of customers in the territory of employment
Working on a computer - MS Office, internet
Communicativeness and the ability to negotiate when working with the client
Category B driver's license - active driver

The ability to quickly learn and apply the acquired knowledge
