Role:
Global sourcing of new vendors for IT hardware.
Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions of contracts with strategic vendors.
Vendor relationship management.
Building up initial stocks for projects.
Processing orders for BAU projects and support new projects’ implementation.
Ensuring the goods are procured and delivered at best possible price, within deadline and from most reliable vendors to maximize the margin of a project.
Requirements:
3+ years experience (or equivalent) in purchasing/procurement.
Previous experience (or equivalent) in commercial role.
C1 English.
Ability to work in ERP/WMS.
Project management knowledge.
Above average technical knowledge about end user devices (clients, mobiles, peripherals).
Fluency in Excel and Power BI reporting.
Very strong personal skills (communication with vendors and can do attitude).
