Product/Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:_x000D_
· Proactively search for investment projects and foster partnerships to secure new projects_x000D_
· Prepare quotations and manage a comprehensive CRM database of all projects.Monitor sales performance, manage receivables, and track the execution of commercial contracts._x000D_
· Collaborate with investors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success._x000D_
· Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, including training on new products and ranges._x000D_
· Engage in direct communication with the global "Product" team and contribute to the development of new products._x000D_
· Assist in preparing catalogues, technical sheets, and marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team._x000D_
· Organize and participate in presentation events to promote and sell the company's products._x000D_
· Generate and present reports as required._x000D_
· Support customer complaint resolution in collaboration with internal teams._x000D_
Requirements:_x000D_
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Studies, Economics, or Commerce._x000D_
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction market._x000D_
· Strong knowledge of the construction industry and market trends._x000D_
· Proficiency in MS Office and other business software tools._x000D_
· Valid driving license (Category B) and readiness to travel extensively._x000D_
· Fluency in Czech & English, both written and spoken._x000D_
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with a strong sense of accountability._x000D_
