Role: Project Manager We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team and lead projects from inception to completion. In this role, you'll oversee project execution, manage key stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage contracts with subcontractors, keeping the finance team informed. Ensure timely project initiation and service updates. Develop and maintain project security files. Maintain clear communication with site managers and track project progress through weekly reports. Ensure compliance with EPC contracts at the project level. Monitor project milestones and overall progress. Track and manage project cash flows efficiently. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for optimal cost management. Uphold strict adherence to project safety measures and industry regulations. Requirements What We're Looking For Experience & Knowledge: Proven experience in project management, ideally in the renewable energy or construction sector. Strong understanding of construction processes and energy systems. Ability to coordinate and oversee project timelines effectively. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English (both written and spoken). A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
