looking for experienced and responsible
Project Manager
for permanent work in the field in Vršac. This position entails the management of complex projects in the field of architectural design and execution of works, with daily presence at construction sites in Vršac.

Responsibilities:

Organization and management of all phases of the project directly on the ground, from initial planning to final realization

Coordination with contractors, clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects

Monitoring and control of field work to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications and agreed deadlines

Updating of technical documentation and preparation of regular reports on the progress of projects

Identification and resolution of problems on the construction site in real time

Active communication with all project participants and maintaining a high level of professionalism

Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with an emphasis on field work

Outstanding organizational, communication and analytical skills

Knowledge of relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD and other project management tools

Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a dynamic environment

Category B driver's license and readiness for daily work in the field
