Project manager for construction projects

About the role
We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager who is driven to take ownership of the entire project process - from planning and design to delivery. This is not a position with extensive support from assistants or a large administrative back office. You are expected to handle everything from coordinating with customers and suppliers to ensuring the quality and schedule of the construction. At the same time, it is crucial that you have a strong understanding of construction technology, so that you can advise customers and business partners on technical solutions and ensure that the projects are carried out with high quality and precision.
As Project Manager, you will be a key player who, in addition to managerial responsibility, also sees it as his most important task to ensure that the construction is carried out correctly, on time and according to the customer's wishes - exactly as agreed. This means that we make a virtue of doing things properly and think twice if there is a need for alternative solutions. We listen and are flexible, but we never compromise on quality.
As Project Manager, you will thus be responsible for:

Independent project management from start to delivery.
Coordination of contracts and collaboration with design studio and engineers.
Ongoing dialogue and follow-up with builders, contractors and authorities.
Ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules and quality requirements.
Identification and handling of risks in the project process.
To contribute to the company maintaining its position as a recognized and trustworthy player on the market.

Your profile
We imagine that you:

Has a relevant construction engineering background, e.g. as a building designer, engineer or equivalent.
Has experience with project management in the construction industry and proven success in managing major construction projects.
Is a self-starter who thrives on responsibility and can navigate without extensive administrative support.
Has strong communication skills and can build trust with customers, suppliers and business partners.
Is structured, solution-oriented and good at keeping an overview.
Is targeted and result-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
