With many years of experience in plumbing and ventilation, 3TEKNIK is a strong partner on the market. The head office is located in Odense close to the motorway, and with its office in Brøndby, the structure is in place to ensure growth in the company.
3TEKNIK has 70 employees including project managers, fitters and administration. The company has a flat structure with great freedom and responsibility for the individual. 3TEKNIK includes a wide range of skills and prioritizes a good mix of experienced and young curious colleagues.
Projects are carried out throughout the country and the projects are mainly centered on residential, administrative and office environments.
THE POSITION
The position as project manager for ventilation has a reference to department head Michael Møller. The employment relationship is linked to the Odense office.
THE TASK
For the project department in ventilation, we are looking for a project manager who can contribute to strengthening ongoing and new projects at 3TEKNIK. The project department currently consists of 3 project managers. In addition, a calculator.
The projects mainly include specialist and large-scale contracts within administration and office environments, as well as housing projects. The projects are distributed throughout the country, although with a preponderance in Zealand.
As a project manager at 3TEKNIK, the task is handed over to the project manager after the sales process. After this, the project manager is responsible for handling the phases of the project and the customer dialogue until completion, testing and handover. The company uses its own fitters, and the project manager has personnel management responsibility for the projects.
The task contains:

• Project management of large and specialized contracts
• Cross-functional collaboration with other project managers and colleagues (including the plumbing project department)
• Project management and flow on construction sites.
• Focus on schedules, construction meetings, resource optimization and quality
• Chord agreements
• Reporting, financial management and ensuring that projects are completed according to expectations for customers and 3TEKNIK
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate has solid experience in project management of ventilation.

Your profile includes, among other things:
• Experience with project management.
• You are able to ensure flow on the construction site.

• You have an understanding of project management and the various phases that ensure the right results.

EDUCATION
You are preferably a trained installer, engineer or machinist.
LANGUAGE
Danish in writing and speaking
IT
Comfortable user of the Office package.
Preferably experience with Dalux and Calwin.
RESIDENCE
The ideal candidate is a resident of Funen or Zealand.
