Å sikland, the largest natural amusement park in the Czech Republic, is looking for an experienced and motivated project manager who will manage our construction projects and contribute to the further development of our site._x000D_
Work load:_x000D_
Securing building permits and communication with authorities (building authority, cadastral authority, etc.)_x000D_
Finding and coordinating cooperation with partners and suppliers_x000D_
Planning and management of construction and reconstruction projects, communication with the designer, any own experience with designing_x000D_
Supervision of technical and administrative matters_x000D_
Ensuring the maintenance and administration of the premises and buildings_x000D_
Effective communication with the team and other stakeholders_x000D_
We require:_x000D_
Education in construction or related field_x000D_
Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position_x000D_
Experience with construction project management_x000D_
Excellent communication and organizational skills_x000D_
Ability to effectively solve problems and work under pressure_x000D_
Jewish ID of group B_x000D_
