Job Description
We are looking for a motivated person for the position of receptionist (m/f) in our camp.
The receptionist will be the first contact with our guests and responsible for providing excellent service, creating a positive impression and guest satisfaction.
Job Description:
• welcoming and registering guests upon arrival and departure, answering phone calls, providing information about the camp and its services
• quick and efficient handling of guest requests and complaints
• coordination with other departments of the camp, maintaining cleanliness at the reception and the surroundings
The possibility of redistributing overtime hours in the form of an extension of the employment contract. Accommodation inside the camp and two hot meals.
