Ensuring technical and organizational maintenance of roads, sidewalks, bridges and footbridges,_x000D_
Responsibility for the legal status of traffic signs on local roads,_x000D_
Updating the passport of local roads, sidewalks, other areas, traffic signs,_x000D_
Records of storm drains, updating their passport, including a description of the technical condition,_x000D_
Ensuring maintenance and repairs of property on which technical management is performed,_x000D_
Processing opinions on the existence of the network and on announced construction modifications of the property,_x000D_
Professional supervision over the quality and scope of the work performed, control of the use of the provided means for property maintenance and repair,_x000D_
Preparation of contracts, orders and limited promises, preparation of comprehensive parts of the city budget for the department, including control activities, preparation of long-term records_x000D_
Performance of the file service, document management in the file service GINIS_x000D_
Administration of public contracts of the department,_x000D_
Processing of documents for property inventory in the Department of Local Economy and Property Maintenance_x000D_
What knowledge and skills should you have_x000D_
Higher vocational education or secondary education with matriculation exam._x000D_
Prerequisites: according to § 4 of the Act on [phone removed] Coll._x000D_
General knowledge of related laws (Municipalities Act, Civil Code, Land Communications Act_x000D_
Active knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office), moral integrity, independence, decisiveness, reliability, ability to deal with people, organizational skills, high work commitment, Jewish correctional group B_x000D_
It will be an advantage if you can_x000D_
Experience in property management, experience in public administration_x000D_
