Cleaning inspector with a focus on staff follow-up and operations

JMV Cleaning is looking for a structured and committed cleaning inspector who will work closely with our current inspector on personnel follow-up and operations.
 Your primary tasks:
·         Follow-up on cleaning assistants and their tasks
·         Ensure proper scheduling of staff, sickness coverage and vacation schedules
·         Approval of hours for bookkeeping and invoicing
·         Ensure work descriptions and cleaning schedules are adhered to
·         Handling ad hoc tasks across departments
·         Put together a team for urgent tasks when necessary
·         Step in and lend a hand in cleaning if the need arises in urgent cases
·         Close cooperation with other cleaning inspectors and management
We expect you to:
·         Has experience with cleaning operations and personnel management
·         Is flexible, structured and solution-oriented
·         Proficient in written and spoken Danish
·         Has a driving license and is willing to drive throughout North Zealand
·         Is flexible and can be available at various times, including evenings and weekends
·         Becomes familiar with our IT-based operating system M_Solution and can help service assistants use the system
