As a First Cook, you will be a key member of our kitchen, contributing to the preparation of dishes that capture the essence of Greek cuisine and offer our guests unforgettable culinary experiences. Responsibilities Preparation of dishes according to the recipes and quality standards of the hotel. Support of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in the operation of the kitchen. Supervise and guide kitchen staff where required. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Working with the team to maintain an organized and positive work environment. Inventory management and help keep losses low. Requirements Necessary Qualifications Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in hotels or restaurants of high standards. Strong knowledge of Greek cuisine and cooking techniques. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with food hygiene and safety standards.
