RMA materials coordinator (m/ž) - rank manager

We are looking for a new colleague for the morning shift in the RMA department._x000D_
What is RMA separation? Their goal is to minimize scrap, returning material back to production. Accepts all defective material. 👩🔧_x000D_
Are you manually skilled, working on a computer is not a problem for you, would you be able to detect a defect in the material by visual inspection? If yes, then you are the one we are looking for! -
What will your day look like?_x000D_
• Material Receipt Control - Receipt of shipped defective material from FX to RMA department and verify that the physical condition matches the paper documents._x000D_
• Processing and reporting - Keeping records and preparing regular reports about the material._x000D_
• Class of material according to suppliers - Distribution of material according to relevant suppliers._x000D_
• Escalation to the Quality Department - Report the issue to the Quality Department (SQE) in certain cases._x000D_
• Working in SAP - Using the SAP system to register and manage material._x000D_
• Working with internal systems - Occasional work in the Mantis Ticket system._x000D_
• Material Testing - Inspection and testing of materials that are part of the process._x000D_
• Partial representation for GL - appropriate representation of the leading team._x000D_
• Adherence to 5S rules - Respect for the set standards for organization and workplace cleanliness._x000D_
• Inventories - Periodic material inventories._x000D_
• Handling of HWP Material: Ensuring proper procedures for handling HWP material._x000D_
