ROBOT OPERATOR

Do you have experience operating a welding robot - and would you like to be part of a dynamic production team manufacturing Danish-made machines for tire and car workshops? Then you are most likely exactly the colleague we need in the team. We need new skills to operate our welding robot and are looking for a trained blacksmith who can be self-propelled within robotic welding on a welding robot from ABB. The welding robot is part of our forging workshop, which produces items for products under our own brand, AHCON, which in short consists of machines for tire and car workshops with a focus on improved ergonomics and safety in working with tires. WORK TASKS: Operation, conversion and programming of ABB robots Optimization in relation to welding types, times and processes as a whole Quality assurance and quality control Involvement in relation to new robot items Documentation of new robot partsOther production tasks in the forging department PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES: You are a trained blacksmith You have knowledge of ABB welding robots You may have experience with vision-based systems You have knowledge of the Microsoft Office package with advantage - however, this is not a requirement A LITTLE ABOUT YOU: You have strong skills in working with a welding robot You are positive-minded and have a respectful approach to other people You are solution-oriented towards your tasks You have a twinkle in your eye, possess high spirits and works systematically and efficiently You are good at working independently You also have the will to solve tasks together in the department WE OFFER A full-time position in a company where being action-oriented and developing is an important part of our DNAGrundig training, so you dress well.
