and bring a new dimension to our communication with suppliers through the careful management of the vendor portal, where you will collaborate intensively with colleagues across departments and maintain the smooth flow of all activities._x000D_
What will be your job?_x000D_
Entering suppliers into the vendor portal - managing supplier accounts._x000D_
Data entry into the system (monthly turnover of the supplier) - communication with the financial department._x000D_
Communication with suppliers (requesting graphic materials from the supplier and then assigning adjustments to the graphic artist, resolving any discrepancies ASAP)._x000D_
Deployment of vendor activities._x000D_
Active cooperation within the team and outside it._x000D_
Active communication with suppliers in case of problems on the portal side._x000D_
Ensuring the delivery of assigned tasks in the required time, scope, quality and within the budget._x000D_
Active communication with RnD during the development of system structures._x000D_
How do we imagine this?_x000D_
Experience in the field of online food business or experience in an online environment is an advantage._x000D_
Very good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels._x000D_
Knowledge of working with MS Office._x000D_
