Duties
Support in the production of bread and pastries.
Preparation of materials and equipment required for recipes.
Control and monitoring of material and supplies stocks.
Compliance and implementation of health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a bakery or hotel unit.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in baking or confectionery from a recognized school.
Organizational skills and passion for cooking.
