Shift leader Adhesives

The position is located in PopeÈti-Leordeni and is open within the Duraziv company, part of the Saint-Gobain Romania Group and reports directly to the Factory Director. The specific activity of the position involves working in shifts. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: entering the manufacturing patterns into the computer, launching them into the factory, coordinating the processes of sand drying, dosing raw materials and additives, mixing and packaging for adhesives and putties and delivery of the resulting finished products to the finished products warehouse; organizes and coordinates the production processes (dosing raw materials and additives, mixing and packaging for the products in the nomenclature, delivery of the resulting finished products to the product warehouse finished products) in accordance with the established production plan; prepares and provides the production reports for the section he coordinates; monitors compliance with the established performance indicators; organizes and coordinates the inventory process of raw materials, packaging and finished products and the preparation of assessment notes differences, proposes improvement measures; ensures the entry into the computer of the recipes specific to each individual product, launching production based on the estimates made by the competent departments and the stocks of finished products in the warehouse; operates the computer taking care of the level indicators of the raw materials and additives, following the optimal supply, so that the production flow does not stop; ensures the supply of raw materials and packaging necessary for the manufacturing process of that day and visually inspects the manually dosed raw materials, in order to detect any non-conformities; follows the good operation of the sand drying, bagging and packaging facilities for adhesives and putties; checks raw material/packaging stocks and signals when the safety stock is reached; informs the factory manager of any technical failure or other situation that constitutes a risk of injury, occupational disease and/or fire and act promptly to stop the installations in the event of a breakdown; and carry out their activity in such a way as to avoid exposure to the risk of occupational injury or disease both for themselves and for the other people participating in the process works and understands and respects the safety and health rules at work and their enforcement measures, wears protective equipment, trains and checks compliance with the rules by subordinate staff; knows and respects the general PSI rules and those specific to the place of work work, the rules of self-defense against fires, the way of operation and use of the devices, devices and other means of protection against fires from the equipment of the workplace; checks the workplaces at the beginning of the work schedule, as well as at its end in order to eliminate any possible accident hazards or fire; delivers the manufactured products to the finished products warehouse, consumes raw materials and packaging at the end of the work schedule; checks the cleanliness of the department and takes measures to maintain cleanliness throughout the work schedule.
