Job Description
Coordinating and supervising the activities within the department; Planning and organizing resources to ensure quality production and within the established terms; Monitoring production processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards; Implementing and maintaining occupational health and safety standards; Managing the subordinate team And participation in the staff selection and training process; Collaboration with other departments to optimize production processes.
