Site Engineer

As a Site engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the progress of major projects executed by KONE in Greece, specifically in Athens. You will lead a team of subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective project execution. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the projects are completed according to specifications, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to mitigate them Collaborate with the Project Manager, Main Contractor, and other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, work schedules, and quality control measures Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance to the project team Requirements: University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, specifically in project execution and site management Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels Attention to details and a proactive approach to problem-solving Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry best practices Fluency in English We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits International and professional environment Social and sport events on regular basis Benefit from our great workplace environment and culture KONE trainings in various areas Promotion on performance - based evaluation with transparency Coaching and mentoring opportunities At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
