THALIS E.S. invests in innovation and the development of new products and services and promotes excellence in production, contributing to the formation of a dynamic environmental market by introducing sustainable organization and management solutions.We are looking for a well-organized Site Engineer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team!Main Responsibilities:Leads the local Site Technicians team and manages site equipmentSupervises on-site civil/electro-mechanical works and measurementsCoordinates external contractors/subcontractors and maintains records of on-site works done by them at the waste management facilitiesMonitors the operation and performance of the waste management construction sites, through monitoring systemsEnsures the implementation of the health and safety standards within the relevant facilities and substations, being in close cooperation with the QHSSE ExpertMonitors the spare parts inventory at the local warehouse and is accountable for replenishments and additional orders, as per needEvaluates the civil studies and drawings of the projectMain Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical EngineeringMaster’s degree will be considered an assetMinimum 5 years of experience in relevant roles at a construction siteExperience in working on public construction would be considered an assetKnowledge in using remote monitoring systemsFamiliarity with Health & Safety standardsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent command of the English language, written and verbalKey skills/attributes:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize assignments as neededAnalytical and problem-solving skillsCritical thinking and proactivityAccountability and advanced organization skill and detail-orientationTeam playing approach and ability to cooperate internal and external partnersOur Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving upWhat give us energy:Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #actionContinuous learning to empower our teamsCareer Development opportunities across the Motor Oil GroupCompetitive compensation package*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
