Our skilled business manager at Shell, Mileparken in Herlev needs a highly motivated partner!
If you have the courage to try your hand at an exciting position at Shell, as deputy manager, then maybe it is just you that we need.
We are looking for a new colleague who will be the business manager's right hand. You will be involved in the day-to-day management together with the business manager and you will have your own areas of responsibility. You must participate in the realization of the store's sales targets and help create continued growth.
As a person, you are service-minded and take pride in giving customers an experience beyond what is expected. You are outgoing and flexible - you are a fighter who knows that it takes hard and dedicated work to reach your goal.
It is natural for you to help lead the way and lead the way as a good example of customer service and standards in the store. . Your tasks consist of, among other things, by:
* Daily management of staff and responsibility for the store
* Ensure that the store meets the customers' expectations and Shell/7-student standards - cleaning
* Sales of fuel, washing, tips and lotto, groceries, confectionery, food and drink and much more.
* Ordering and replenishing goods - trimming the store and forecourt
* Bookkeeping
Then you are fresh and positive, do you have the courage/desire to try your hand at a very independent job, in a company undergoing major development and do you have a sense of sales and possibly experience from previous jobs, then we look forward to hearing from you.
