JUNIOR PURCHASING SPECIALIST

The main responsibilities of the future employee will be: - Receives the necessary supplies; identifies and requests offers from internal and external suppliers; - Communicates with internal/external suppliers throughout the procurement processes, according to the agreed contracts, within the assumed limits of the position, ensuring the timely delivery of the orders launched; - Prepares and follows up the supply orders from suppliers, which comply with the agreed contact conditions; - Prepares reports on expenses, by product category; - Follows up payments to suppliers the balances related to the orders and their due dates; - Ensures the performance of the supply contracts; - Enters the data related to the purchases in the operating system (contracts, creation of articles, classification of the nomenclature) - Administers and transmits documents related to the purchase process to the involved departments (invoices, notices, transport documents, certificates) - Prepares various specialized reports (stock analyses, prices) - Performs a periodic activity report to the direct boss and other relevant departments If you think you fit the profile above, don't hesitate to apply.
