Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities: Issues and validates purchase orders, ensuring their timely dispatch and receipt in accordance with the approved budget and with the specifications and approved order notes received from the departments requesting the purchase. Periodically informs the beneficiary departments of the status of their orders. Reports and communicates variations in price, quantity and delivery terms; good sources of supply in terms of costs; Provides the necessary data to other departments, as well as to external suppliers to facilitate and optimize the supply process; Manages the relationship with suppliers on a daily basis and between suppliers and other involved departments.
