RESEARCH-DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Job description: - Develops the manufacturing recipes for the new products; - Performs the laboratory tests necessary to obtain and validate the product recipes; - Identifies new raw materials and analyzes their performance, in order to optimize the costs of the recipes and the development of new products; - Ensures the specific documentation of the research and development stage necessary for the files of registration of products for placing on the market, in accordance with the legislation in force; - Ensures the transfer and validation of the manufacturing methods developed during the research-development stage in the current production and drafts the specific documentation; - Collaborates with the analytical testing laboratories; - Closely cooperates with other departments in company (marketing, sales, supply, production, quality assurance) regarding: information on projects, cost planning calculations; - Examines and evaluates technologies that may be of interest to the company.
