: Middle THE PURPOSE OF THE JOB THE EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF ALLOCATED MARKETING PROJECTS THE ATTRIBUTE OF THE JOB: Propose paid advertising campaigns to the direct coordinator Coordinate advertising campaigns according to the marketing strategy: - Send the brief to the marketing performance agency and evaluate the agency's proposals and establish the final version that he approves with the direct coordinator; - Receive the filmed material in the offices, supervise graphic processing, the final versions are subject to the approval of the direct manager; then sends them to the collaborating agency for implementation - Supervises the implementation of the campaign by the agency - Requests changes or corrections from the agency - Follows the performance of the campaigns and reports the results directly to the manager in the monthly reporting sessions - Follows up on the campaigns carried out and depending on the analysis of their results, proposes solutions to make them more efficient Coordinates the production projects: Establishes the project concept, design and graphics; Searches the Shutter stock account for materials video/photo that fit the concept that you send to the graphic designer; supervises the graphic execution Request offers (price, execution conditions, delivery term); negotiate with the print suppliers, agree the conditions for the realization of the project, and establish the supplier; transmit the graphics and project requirements to the supplier; receive the project; sends the invoice to the financial department and follows up on the collection Makes the changes in the WordPress platform, for the Swiss Clinics, WEDO sites Operates the changes requested by the clinic coordinators and/or Sales & Marketing Director in the NetPromoterScore platform; Participates in the organization of events, providing logistic support Position relations: Internal: Graphic designer, for the creation of graphic materials Content creators, from whom they receive the raw materials to be edited Economist, for the transmission of invoices from the Ads platforms Doctors/medical assistants, for the creation of promotional materials that will be included in the campaigns National department manager, for the implementation of campaigns at national level and for the decoration of the clinics in the territory Coordinators of the Bucharest clinic, to facilitate communication with the doctors External advertising agencies, advertising production companies, printers, web hosting agencies for ensuring the functionality of the sites media providers, for publishing advertisements in print or online LIMITS OF AUTHORITY Decides on print quality for print agencies, corrections sent to agencies and may decide to return works to advertising production agencies Sign: not applicable POSITION REQUIREMENTS: STUDIES: higher (marketing, journalism) KNOWLEDGE: MS office (Excell, PPT, Word) Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) Solid marketing knowledge Google Ads, Analytics, Meta, TikTOK Ads, Wordpress EXPERIENCE: In production and print projects In coordination of digital campaigns SKILLS: Planning and organization Communication and relationship/negotiation skills Adaptability and flexibility KPISE Effectiveness of the implementation of ongoing campaigns Quality of reports Quality of relations with agencies, suppliers, printers Intra and interdepartmental quality The number and quality of proposed solutions regarding the ongoing campaigns Apply to this job
