SR1/OR foreman on the track at Forstas

Forstas is looking for an independent and committed SR1/OR supervisor to take care of railway safety at our works on and along the Danish railway network. We operate nationwide, but you don't necessarily have to.
Production is well underway with both operational and construction tasks, and with spring on the way, we need extra hands to handle and coordinate our railway safety activities.

Everyday life at Forstas
At Forstas, your everyday life as an HR supervisor can take several forms. The majority of our SR/OR supervisors are attached to a more or less permanent department and form part of a permanent team with close colleagues, where they participate directly in the execution of practical work, e.g. as part of a forestry team, as a pipelayer or machine operator with SR skills. Others drone around the country and support their own teams, customers and business partners while maintaining their skills.
Our railway safety manager and officers ensure an overview and coordinate the initial planning, so that we get off to a good start on new contracts and tasks. Planning and preparation of railway safety plans, instructions, track closures etc. handled primarily centrally to create a structured and flexible process that makes your work SR foreman who participates in production easier. However, there is room for flexibility when needed.
As an HR employee at Forstas, you will be part of a large team where you really contribute - we need you. Our employees work across departments and contracts and have a strong bond with each other.
