Main Responsibilities:_x000D_
Management and coordination of construction work on the construction site_x000D_
Ensuring adherence to project schedule and budget_x000D_
Communication with suppliers and investors_x000D_
Control of the quality of work performed and compliance with safety regulations_x000D_
Management of construction documentation and reporting of work progress_x000D_
Ensuring material and technical security of the building_x000D_
Expectations from a suitable candidate:_x000D_
Experience in civil engineering in a similar position min. 5 years (construction foreman, construction manager, implementation manager...)_x000D_
Ideally education in the field of construction (not a requirement)_x000D_
Knowledge of construction technologies and materials
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings_x000D_
Excellent organizational and communication skills_x000D_
Jewish ID card. B_x000D_
Knowledge of English an advantage_x000D_
