Construction manager - Project manager_x000D_
The result of the work in this position is:_x000D_
Delivered work without defects_x000D_
What are you waiting for:_x000D_
Placement of hole fillings and consultation with the client_x000D_
Negotiations with designers, construction managers and representatives of the investor_x000D_
Responsibility for technical and coordination implementation of orders (panel houses, public orders, development projects)_x000D_
Responsibility for compliance with contractual terms, financial budget and project schedule_x000D_
Subcontractor Requests and Cooperation Review_x000D_
Supervision of the implementation of assembly work in accordance with assembly regulations_x000D_
Management and control of the construction diary, participation in control days_x000D_
What you should have and be able to:_x000D_
Construction Education_x000D_
Communicate with the client, designers, partners_x000D_
Be meticulous and technically proficient/á_x000D_
