Store Manager / Mi Store River West Aigaleo

Become a member of the Xiaomi team. Info Quest Technologies, the largest IT company and official distributor of Xiaomi in Greece, is looking for a Store Manager to staff the Mi Store in River West Aigaleo!
The suitable candidate will take over the management of the Mi Store River West Egaleo and will be responsible for:
The implementation of the business strategy of the store
Management and organization of work
Supervising the sales team and ensuring its efficiency
The implementation of commercial strategies to increase sales
Stock management and monitoring of product sufficiency
Compliance with company policies and procedures
The guidance and development of the store team
Managing customer complaints and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years retail experience required (ideally in a tech store)
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Good knowledge of technology products
Ability to use technological tools and applications, excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Developed leadership, communication & negotiation skills
