Coordination and supervision of all aspects of operations from receipt of goods, storage, order picking to dispatch._x000D_
Optimizing operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency and fluidity._x000D_
Management and monitoring of stock, ensuring their sufficient quantity and minimizing excess stock._x000D_
Ensuring sufficient staffing for the smooth operation of the warehouse._x000D_
Addressing customer complaints and issues, ensuring a quick and efficient response to their needs._x000D_
Monitoring and controlling costs associated with operations, looking for ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs._x000D_
Regular inspections and training of employees in the area of safety and hygiene._x000D_
Cooperation with other departments of the company to achieve strategic goals and development plans._x000D_
Regular KPI reporting and operational data analysis for better decision-making._x000D_

You have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the field of retail, e-commerce or logistics._x000D_
Experience with agency employment an advantage._x000D_
You can organize yourself and your team._x000D_
You enjoy numbers, you know how to analyze KPIs and use data for better decisions._x000D_
You get along with people and enjoy communication._x000D_
Can work with MS Office. Tableau and the SAP system are an advantage._x000D_
You are careful, conscientious and take responsibility for yourself and your team._x000D_
He can distinguish between what is essential and what is not. Knowing what will not be done is as important as deciding what will be done._x000D_
