Nurse for the Joint Night Team in Horsens municipality

Nurse is wanted for a permanent position with our out-going night team from 1.6.2025, with the possibility of earlier start-up. Common night meetings at Præsthøjgården in a joint night team to strengthen the interdisciplinary community for the benefit of citizens and colleagues. We discuss the number of hours individually when hiring. Shift schedule is organized based on your wishes and taking into account the role of the other nurses. Night shifts are staffed with 2 nurses and 6 social and health assistants/helpers. The team handles tasks throughout Horsens Municipality, where the routes are organized in relation to geography and skills. The tasks are varied: palliation, fluid setup, dialysis and occasionally there are tasks that have to be solved a little "out of the box". We also drive to the care centers in Horsens Municipality and ensure the care of nursing tasks at night. The night team meets at the start of the shift to coordinate the work tasks. We drive out and there is ongoing dialogue throughout the night. We would like you to:
