Job Description

You will be part of Dagrofa's Talent and Development Team, which is a central team that handles tasks and develops concepts across the Dagrofa Group within the entire employee journey. The Talent and Development team is part of the HR department in Dagrofa, which together consists of approx. 40 employees. You will report to the talent and development manager.
Work assignments
As a talent and development consultant with student responsibility, you will be responsible for an important and central part of our talent agenda. Our student training is an absolutely high priority for our business, and you will be responsible for maintaining the high quality of our training and creating an exciting and motivating course for our many students that we train each year.
Your tasks will be a mix of development and day-to-day running of the student courses - including but not limited to:
Ongoing optimization and adaptation of the content of the courses
Develop attraction and branding strategy for Dagrofa's student programs as well as supporting activities
Operation of year round activities on all student programs, i.a. planning and practical coordination of study tours, Michelin cooking school, adventure events etc.
Prepare communication material, e.g. roll ups, information flyers etc.
Equip managers, HR partners and other stakeholders to be able to take care of the student area at a local level, including the students' well-being and engagement on the apprenticeships
Data handling and reporting regarding the student area to relevant stakeholders
Handling other operational tasks in relation to the student educations
The right match for the position
We are looking for a new colleague who has 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or the HR/education field in general. In order to be successful in the position, it is important to have knowledge of vocational training and the underlying rules and structures. The right candidate also has experience with concept development and establishing implementation plans.
It is an advantage if you have experience from the retail industry and have a basic knowledge of employer branding and social media - preferably within the young target group. In addition, it is an advantage if you have a graphic and creative sense that can be translated into concrete branding materials.

The workplace
The team has its daily routine in Ringsted, but there will also be an opportunity to work from home. In addition, there will be days when you are physically present at our cooperative school at Als.
