The company ČESKÎ LÉKøRNA HOLDING, a.s. operating the largest Czech pharmaceutical chain, Dr.Max, will welcome a new colleague to its team for the position_x000D_
Technical manager._x000D_
Workload:_x000D_
Ensures and is responsible for the technical service of the sacred portfolio of pharmacies and facilities, for carrying out maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting, etc._x000D_
Ensures and is responsible for the reconstruction and re-design of existing and taken over pharmacies_x000D_
Performs supervision and control, secures and forwards documents for carrying out regular service inspections, revisions, inspections of reserved, fire safety and other technical equipment_x000D_
Monitors and evaluates management and service costs. Maintains appropriate documentation._x000D_
Processes and implements the annual investment plan for the service and maintenance of the sacred portfolio of pharmacies_x000D_
Communicates with appropriate authorities_x000D_
Cooperation with colleagues and other company departments_x000D_
We require:_x000D_
SÅ of technical, electrotechnical, construction direction_x000D_
min 3 years of experience in the field, ideally in the field of retail or a company specializing in facility services_x000D_
orientation in the relevant legislation_x000D_
perfect work organization and analytical skills_x000D_
orientation in contractual documentation and construction technical documentation_x000D_
knowledge of working with a PC at an advanced level, using Autocad an advantage_x000D_
ŘP sk. B, willingness to travel within ČR_x000D_
