Technician for Go Hotel City

Go Hotel City is looking for a full-time technician Go Hotels is looking for a skilled and service-minded full-time hotel technician for our lovely Go Hotel City 250 m from Amager Strand. Then you are the one we are looking for as a technician with us! Go Hotel City offers 130 rooms and 10 hotel apartments. We have a smaller meeting room, the reception is on the 4th floor and the roof terrace offers the nicest breeze. Go Hotels is a growing hotel chain with 6 Go Hotels in the Copenhagen area and 2 beach hotels in Rødby and on Bornholm. We have more hotels on the way and we look forward to continuing building a strong hotel brand. No other technicians are employed at this hotel and you will therefore be responsible for the technique. The position is full-time and your shift schedule will basically be between 06:00 and 17:00, Monday - Friday, as well as on-call in the event of an urgent need. The position is very flexible and is built on mutual trust, you will work closely with a fantastic Hotel Manager and Technical Manager. Since we have several hotels in the Go Hotels chain, it will also be expected that you have the opportunity to help out at the other hotels in the event of illness and holidays. The technicians hold their own meetings where a delicious lunch is eaten, knowledge is shared and you spar with each other across the board. You must be service-minded, have your hands well trained and want to make a difference for our lovely guests. You will most often work alone as a technician - however in collaboration with the other departments of the hotel and your colleagues. It is therefore extra important that you like to work independently and are a good self-starter. As you have a very broad contact surface, it is important that you can communicate at all levels of the organization and take an active part in the hotel you are staying at. We are a flat organization with high ceilings. You therefore have the opportunity to make decisions and have a great influence on your own everyday life. It is a requirement that you have previous experience from a similar job, subject or other. We imagine possibly that you have a background as a property service technician, a trade or other background that can provide experience in this area. Tasks: Maintenance of our rooms and public areas Maintenance of outdoor areas Ongoing quality control of the rooms, rectification of errors and defects Participating with your knowledge in connection with projects in rooms and areas Seeking out problems in the operation Coordination with housekeeping and reception We offer: An informal tone where we highly value humor and joy A job where you are a central part of the hotel's operation and the guest's experiences Health care and good conditions Good prices at our hotels and other offers Profile and characteristics: You are passionate to work in a dynamic environment with many different types of guests You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the field - possibly as a craftsman, property service technician or similar. You can speak and write Danish and English at an advanced level. You have an understanding of IT - we use the Mews Hotel system to register room maintenance.
