At Cibicom A/S, we have a 24/7 Network Operation Center (NOC), which is the heart of the operational support of our own and customers' infrastructure. The department ensures a high level of service with fast response time, high uptime and quality as well as stable daily operations.
As a NOC technician, you have overall responsibility for incident management and participate in troubleshooting yourself in collaboration with technicians and specialists on duty. It is important that you thrive in an outgoing and service-minded role. You will be part of a 24/7 guard wheel, which your other colleagues from the NOC team are also part of.
When you are on duty during the day, you typically sit with a colleague, while in the evenings, nights and weekends you are alone with the task. You therefore thrive both in collaboration with others, but also when you are alone with the tasks.
As a NOC technician, you will get to work with:

Monitoring, troubleshooting and debugging
Alarm and incident handling as well as search of error messages and inquiries by phone and email
Follow-up, communication, dispatch and escalation
The technical platforms range widely: TV signals, radio (FM/DAB), fiber deliveries, RF coastal radio network and more

Who are you?
You have a relevant education as an IT supporter, computer technician, or equivalent skills acquired in another way.
You have the desire and willingness to work with operations, in sometimes hectic and changeable situations at different times of the day. Your approach to the tasks helps to ensure quality in everyday life, quick response and high uptime on critical infrastructure.
To thrive in our NOC team, you should ideally be able to see yourself in several of the statements below:

You give high priority to collaboration and knowledge sharing
You work in a structured manner when carrying out support tasks in order to solve them in good quality and on time

It is a further condition for the position that you can be FE-approved
 
You are offered:
A full-time position with a salary package in relation to the requirements for the position. You will be provided with a PC, broadband and mobile phone.
