Regional safety equipment expert/trainee engineer

The tasks of our new colleague will be
• Coordination and supervision of technical tasks related to railway signaling and safety devices/systems assigned to his professional competence, as well as coordination of service and technical level developments.
• Prepares proposals and prepares decision-making materials to determine the current development and investment tasks of railway signaling and safety equipment in order to optimally use the available resources.
• Professionally collaborates with the implementation level, in consultation with MÁV Pályamöközödtesi Zrt., in the preparation of decision-making materials supporting the interests of the field for the certification organizations, authorities, and ministries.
• Prepares proposals for the optimization of individual territorial processes, the related external and internal coordination, and the modification of instructions and rules (standards).
• Maintains contact with the developer (internal and external to MÁV), manufacturer and certification organizations for the area, reviews the functional and safety specifications and prepares them for acceptance. He will conduct the necessary negotiations with the authorities.
• Participates in the development and review of the content and professional requirements of tenders of special importance, and in the professional evaluation of submitted offers. He cooperates with the subject matter managers of each project and ensures coordination for the professional harmony between tenders and developments.
• Reviews preliminary plans, licensing and implementation plans referred to the area's competence and submits them for approval.
• Participates in the definition and compilation of the requirements of education, further training and training development programs affecting the insurance equipment profession and in the examination activities referred to his authority.
What is needed to fill the job role
• specialized higher level state education - transport engineer, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, mechatronic engineer, IT engineer
• native-level Hungarian language skills (the work is done in Hungarian)
• medical fitness

What we recommend
Br. HUF 540,700- HUF 596,800 starting basic salary (depending on the level of education)
Benefits package in addition to the basic salary.
