Traffic Operator / Dispečer

This is an office job where you will ensure the transport of goods for Toyota - the largest car company in the world. The full-time job is primarily the search for abnormalities in already planned transports within the whole of Europe and communication with the dispatch of our contractual partners. It is always important for the customer to provide the correct information, as logistics works on the principle of JUST IN TIME_x000D_
What will be your workload:_x000D_
Monitoring and coordinating the flow of goods to factories (auto parts)._x000D_
Cooperation with carriers/drivers within the Czech Republic and abroad._x000D_
Communication with the customer (delays on the line)._x000D_
Searching for abnormalities during loading/unloading (unloaded or unproduced manifests)._x000D_
Responsibility for timely delivery to customers and handling the relevant administration._x000D_
Communication and negotiation with forwarding companies (non-standard transports)._x000D_
What is expected of you:_x000D_
SÅ  (also suitable for graduates without experience - we will teach you everything you need)._x000D_
Knowledge of AJ on a communicative level._x000D_
Knowledge of MS Office (daily work mainly with MS Outlook and MS Excel)._x000D_
Team player - communication with other colleagues within the department._x000D_
Diligence and willingness to learn new things._x000D_
