What awaits you in this position?_x000D_
You will create a system for regular data analysis and the process will use reports to support our operations and transport teams._x000D_
You will monitor key indicators and prepare a dashboard for the management of the transport department._x000D_
Based on your analyses, your task will be to propose operational and process improvements, consult with colleagues from different departments and implement them in practice._x000D_
Create the necessary documentation, then train the team and support its adaptation in the area of new processes and functionalities._x000D_
You will mainly be involved in the visual/data side of RFQ preparation and new customer implementation._x000D_
You will become a key person for our Transport Management System (TMS)._x000D_
What will we need from you?_x000D_
Experience from the position of process / data analyst is key for us, because it is an independent position (creation of KPIs structure, collection and cleaning of data, automation of imports, recommendations for process optimization)._x000D_
Knowledge of analytical tools and visualization in Power BI._x000D_
You will use practical knowledge from transport, production or logistics processes so that we can build on them._x000D_
Have experience with creating documentation (so that you can transform the results of your analyzes into an improvement process) and not be afraid to share them with colleagues in the form of training._x000D_
Ability to perform high-level analysis, interpret data and communicate it to the entire transportation team._x000D_
Proactivity, independence and willingness to work in a team._x000D_
Active communication in English, because we are an international company._x000D_
