The Community Services Center is a non-profit organization providing community social services in several facilities in Prague. We are looking for a maintenance person for our objects. The starting workplace will be VlaÅ¡ská 344/25, Prague 1 or Papírenská 14, Prague 6._x000D_
What will be your full time job?_x000D_
Routine maintenance work, especially maintenance work of a mechanical, construction and electrical nature, carpentry, painting, plastering, painting, plumbing_x000D_
Provision and responsibility for the operation of sacred buildings_x000D_
Proposal for ensuring regular service and maintenance, fleet management, calculation of the driving book_x000D_
Monitoring energy consumption in individual objects_x000D_
Transportation of lunches and equipment between individual workplaces, transportation of clients in the event of a trip_x000D_
In the winter, snow removal and surface treatment of the glacier_x000D_

salary conditions: level of involvement: 6th salary class (higher salary depends on the number of years of experience), personal allowance after 3 months (depending on abilities, skills and performance)_x000D_
