We are looking for a skilled colleague for our development company with 33 years of experience, based in Pilsen._x000D_
You will become part of a team of experienced builders, your work will be seen for many decades to come. We strive to ensure that our buildings have modern architecture, are of high quality and stand the test of time. We use modern technology. Now we are building an apartment building in Pilsen on Slovanská, apartment buildings in Klatovy, we are planning other apartment buildings in Pilsen and Klatovy. We have enough work!_x000D_
What will be your main full-time job?_x000D_
- Production preparation of a development (construction) project - mostly apartment buildings._x000D_
- Studying drawing documentation, technical reports, opinions._x000D_
- Preparation, implementation, evaluation of the selection process for subcontractors of comprehensive construction of the given development project._x000D_
- Client meetings with clients - future apartment buyers._x000D_
- Communication with production, economic director, construction managers, designers, subcontractors, clients._x000D_
- Preparation of documents for invoicing._x000D_
- Periodic inspection at the construction site_x000D_
If you and we evaluate that a position directly on the construction site is more interesting for you, you can become an assistant construction manager and then a construction manager._x000D_
What do we require from you?_x000D_
- SÅ  or VÅ  construction purpose._x000D_
- Jewish ID card B (active driver)._x000D_
- Orientation in construction drawing documentation._x000D_
- Knowledge of MS Office._x000D_
- Effort to learn new things, humility, hard work, independence, good mood, communication skills._x000D_
