Business preparation engineer Tasks Participation in the compilation of tenders for construction projects with the support of professional colleagues Compilation of the completed tender documentation by the deadline, taking into account professional aspects Requesting subcontractor offers, their technical and commercial analysis, evaluation, preparation of price lists Preparation of budget statements, quantity and quality control Active participation in the development of alternative technical solutions Active participation in the development of the technical annexes of the offers, including the technical and financial schedule, as well as the organizational plan Participation in price negotiations, technical negotiations and contract signing, continuous contact with customers Requirements Professional qualification (architect or construction engineer) Min. 3-4 years of relevant preparation experience High-level knowledge of Excel, Word and AutoCad Conversational English and/or German language skills Category B driver's license Proactive, independent work, excellent communication skills What we offer Complex benefits package Training and professional development opportunities Responsible, meaningful job with stable organizational and professional background support Varied project portfolio Modern work environment, company policies and team builders Place of work Budapest
