Floor Manager - Crete

The Vantarakis Hotels Collection hotel group, one of the fastest growing hotel groups in Crete, is hiring a Floor Manager in Kavros Chania, for the 2025 season with the prospect of multi-year cooperation. Responsibilities Training, organization and control of the housekeeping team Daily cleanliness inspection of the rooms, common areas, as well as staff areas Timely and correct planning in the daily delivery of clean rooms, stays and departures Accurate inventory and recording of quantities and damages Cost control and achievement of qualitative and quantitative goals Quality control of mattresses, pillows, towels for wear and timely replacement Responsible for the maintenance of peace, order and fragrance of all areas of the hotel Direct collaboration with the Maintenance and Reception departments, aiming for the best customer experience.
