Videographer/Video Editor - Collaboration (Enjoy)

ResponsibilitiesFilming and equipment: You will shoot with Sony cameras (and possibly other brands), use stabilizers, professional lights (Godox, Aputure, etc.) and other equipment (DJI for drones, CapCut for quick edits, etc.).Video editing: We mainly edit in DaVinci Resolve (and sometimes in CapCut). You will take the frames and transform them into final clips, optimized for various formats (social media, YouTube, promo spots). Real projects, with big clients: You will have the opportunity to work on projects for brands such as Toyota and many others, which will quickly enrich your portfolio and experience. Collaboration and communication: You will discuss with the team about the concept, script and necessary materials. Knowing how to ask for feedback and apply it is essential. Managing your own schedule: You have the freedom to organize your schedule, but you must be available when filming and offline meetings occur. There is the possibility of working remotely (especially for editing), but most projects take place physically in Bucharest. Training and support benefits: We don't leave you alone. You will receive guidance, advice, feedback and access to professional equipment. Possibility of growth and expansion of the role: As you prove seriousness and involvement, you will take on more important roles in projects (from concept to final delivery). Project-based income: Currently we do not offer a fixed salary, but payments are made constantly, per project. As you grow in the team and demonstrate results, we will also discuss employment with a fixed salary, if you wish. Various projects: Each new shoot is different: commercials, social media, corporate, testimonials, events. Thus, you will get a varied experience and learn many new things.
