The 5-star SANTA Wellness Spa Hotel, located in N. Epivates Thessaloniki, is looking for the summer season to hire: Cooks A' & B'. Position description: Each cook supports all kitchen functions related to the cooking, preparation or restocking of the buffet of the restaurant or bar where he/she will work, in order to ensure that the 5-star service standards they have are followed at all times to be determined by the company.Responsibilities:Prepares his/her workplace and performs all tasks related to the start and end of each meal (mise en place).Performs his/her tasks quickly within the requested time frames, combining several tasks in parallel.Supports the needs of the hot or cold kitchen.Prepares raw materials and cooks following the instructions of the Chef.Collects cooking tools and utensils (knives, pans, pots, etc.) from storage areas.Is responsible for his/her station (grill, pan, slicer, oven, etc.).Ensures at all times that his/her work area, as well as the buffet, is in good condition and clean.Understands all items included in the menu so that he/she is able to answer questions and provide clarifications to guests whenever needed. Assists in all tasks related to the restaurant or bar as directed by the F&B manager, Chef or his/her direct supervisor.
